Hi Team,
In my current project Solvency II data flows from SAP FC to SAP DM.
I want to know how to access SAP FC report bundles using SAP DM excel add-in and refresh the data.
Thanks and Regards
Ashwin Jain
ashwinjain,
First you move data from FC to Excel in DM by one of the options mentioned above, and after that you can use "Disclosure Management" option from the screenshot to transfer that data between reports in DM.

Hi Olga,
Thank you so much for your reply.
Yes our client uses second option of sending data from SAP FC to DM via report bundles.
As suggested by you I have connected to development server of SAP DM and trying to connect "manage data link" but getting error as shown in the screen shot.
Can you please suggest me
Thanks and Regards

A third option is to create cubes (OLAP) from the FC data with Cube Designer
Then, you can access that data with the EPM add-in and create the BIP-ranges on top of this, so that Disclosure Management can use this.

Hello ashwinjain ,
I'm afraid the issue on the last screenshot you shared is too generic, to assess it much more information is needed (logs, connections used, configurations done and so on). Please contact consulting services and/or support available to you.

Hello ashwinjain ,
There are two ways to move FC data to DM:
1) Use FC Excel Link to create reports in Excel, upload these reports to DM and update them there,
2) Create FC report bundles and configure a link to DM as explained in this how-to wiki.

Hi Olga/ Marc,
Thank you for valuable reply.
Can you please suggest how to connect to SAP FC package using SAP DM excel add-in as shown in the below screen shot. We do not have SAP FC excel link, but if it is not possible then we will ask for SAP FC excel link or check for Olap connection.
