sap marketing cloud - tile data file load is not visible after upgrade 2005

Hello Experts,

since the upgrade to 2005 is done, i can not see the app "data file load" under "Import Data".

Also i can not see the app "browse interaction data" anymore under the data stewardship.

I have all the needed roles and also the catalog is correctly assigned to the user roles.

Even when i try to find the apps with the app finder it doesn´t work. And i also deleted my browser cache.

Has anybody an idea to solve this issue?

We had the same problem with wrong translations of the tiles on the homepage in language DE. It was fixed with Hotfix HFC03 last weekend.

Hi Carolin, what happen you login with the English language ? is it the same ?

no, it was just a problem with the German version.

But now it seems okay, also in German.

At least in the test system.

now i noticed that the apps are there but have a totally another description.

For example when you open the App "Interaktionskontakt" anzeigen under the group "data import" (see the screenshot in the original question) then the app "data filed load" is called.

But the symbol is the correct one.

Hi Carolin,

are the groups customized by you?

Because the apps in Import Data group as well as in Data Stewardship are not the default ones that belong to that group.

But you should be able to find the apps in the App Finder when the correct catalogs/roles are assigned. For me I can only say it works fine after the upgrade. So maybe you should open an incident.
