Hi,
Is it possible to archive contacts and accounts in SAP Marketing Cloud.
We have a scenario where we have exceeded the number of contacts that we have in our licensing and we are looking for a possible solution.
In the application Jobs i could not find any Job to archive the contacts.
Can any one you suggest the best approach that you have implemented in situation where the number of contacts have exceeded the limit

You have Marketing Jobs for "Mark Contact for Deletion" and then you can delete the Marked contact. or use one of below Job template:

Hi Anitha,
as per my knowledge it is not possible to "archive" the contacts.
You can either set them to obsolete and delete them per application job after a certain time if they are no longer needed. In the other case I'm afraid you have to switch to another tier including more contacts.
