Equipment Replacement Value - SAP PM

Hi All

I need to update equipment replacement value in the equipment master. I am able to see the field in my EQUI table but not able to find it in the equipment master screen. Kindly let me know what is the way to update the Replacement Value (WDBWT) for the equipment.

I've never seen this field displayed on an equipment master.

Two options I can think of are:

• Utilise user-exit ITOB0001 to add a customer-specific screen and show this field
• Try creating a reference characteristic for EQUI-WDBWT

Hi,

I guess this is a free text search field, which is part of CRM or ISU.

Have a look at this note 2085978.

Even i have not used or seen this in Equipment Master

I did a search on OSS too for WDBWT - but I dont remember seeing this field in ISU..

The data element was last changed on 18.02.1998, but it could be older.

And the field is quite high up in table EQUI which would indicate that the field has been around for quite a long time, so maybe it was never used.

Pete,

When i searched for this field, only two notes and one was some thing related to CRM / ISU.

As you said, this was available long ago. I can see the view tables has this field.

This field isnt in any screens when you perform a "where-used" on data element, so I've no idea what it's intended use is..

Yep, some thing strange, i am seeing this field as View Fields.
