Issue integrating Success Factor with IAS

Hello,

I'm trying to connect a SF demo instance to IAS non-prod tenant to make IAS as identity provider for SF. My demo SF instance is in DC8.

I've followed SAP note 2569087 and blog - https://blogs.sap.com/2016/10/29/configure-sap-successfactors-business-execution-sap-successfactors-... for doing the manual configuration between my SF DEMO tenant and IAS non-prod tenant.

Post the configuration, while I'm trying to access SF URL, I'm getting an error screen as shown below. When checking SAML, looks like SAML authentication request did not contain the signature of service provider.

Any pointer would be appreciated.

Hi Prodyot,

The most common cause is a mismatch of the Issuer/Entity ID of the service provider (SF) and the "name" of the application on IAS. Usually, exchanging the metadata files again solves these problems.
