We are tried the License Key on April 21th 2020 and after that as per the post config document we have to send this ticket to CGYOA(onsite) team for the final set up of the application.

After that today we again received task and CGYOA team written on task that key is missing and after that we again contacted the client and took remote to check but the license key dialog box appears again we again put the license key.

We assist client to check once again but when the application opened again the same license key dialog box appears.
