I believe you are talking about standard Test Suite capability of Solution Manager, also since you are talking about manual test case within the Tester worklist you will have test cases assigned to you, which you will execute and set the status.

You can also maintain the execution details in the Test Note & Test Result against the Test case.

You can always come back and refer the details & execution status in the Tester worklist unless the Test Plan/Test Package is unassigned from your user by the Test Manager/Co Ordinator.
