Regulation does not appear, during creation of Plan in Planner

Hi All,

GRC PC 12

I am trying to create a Plan in Planner for 'Control design assessment'. But the regulation does not appear in the drop down in the 2nd step

I have maintained regulation configuration, Master data and Business transaction for a Regulation.

Can you please suggest on the solution
