Unable to get 'Colletions' email notifications in SAP SF - Learning Management System(LMS)

Hello Experts,

I'm supporting on Successfactors - Learning Management System(LMS) issues for one of my clients.Hence none of users are getting 'Collections' email notifications when user recommends to other users. I have made some configuratoins as below still not getting emails and please correct me if i made wrong and suggest me if i missed anything.

1. Unlocked AUTO-SCHEDULAR (which can unlock all notifications globally in LMS application)

2. Enabled 'Recommendations Newsletter' as below.

And still facing issue, Kindly help me on "how to get email notifcation when recommends peer to peer".
