Create Variable or Add Formula - Available Functions is Empty?

When I try to create a variable or just add a formula I see Availbe Objects, but under Available Functions it's empty, also Available Operators is just keyboard options, not a list as well. I attached a screenshot. Any help would be greatly appreicated
