After installing Desktop Studio and Agent 1.0.8.36, during debugging I am getting error "Scenario XXX could not be started". Kindly help what might be the issue.

This can happen if the agent is not registered in the factory. Please check the status of the Agent, click on the "About..." button of the agent.

  • Are you working in a trial tenant?
  • Have this trial been active more than 3 months?
  • Are you able to create a trigger in an enviroment? (it might throw you an error too)

If all answers are positive, you'll need to unsuscribe and suscribe again to Cloud Factory service from SCP. Also after suscribing again, you'll need to maintain the roles collection with the roles you use. This happens to all trial accounts after 3 months active.

Hi,

Please make sure your agent is correctly registered on the Factory. Also, try again to launch your scenario. Sometimes, rebuilding the project might help.

I have the same issue also. I've checked the factory-agent connection. My scenarios could not work. Could you please help me too?
