Material issue every one hour to production order

Hi, in discrete manufacturing, can we set up component issue to order for every one hour instead of all component qty issue at a time? say we need to issue 1200 qty to production order, business want this qty to issue 20 qty to order at every hr untill all qty is issued to order. please advise how to achieve this.
