optimize a role

Hi guys,

I would like to ask, we have an issue wherein a specific role is causing issue due to high volume of data.

Is there a way to optimize a role? The role is a single role.

Please advise.

I assume that by high volume of data you are refering to high volume of authorizations, is that correct? If that is the case, what is the issue caused by this?

I would say that the only option you have is to split the role in different roles.

Role are created to grant access. If your user is seeing data they shouldnt, then yes, you can do something, but if the user needs this data, then this isnt a role issue, you need to create filters on the query or adjust the data in someway...I'm not quite sure on the question?
