one user is printing all the lists of a production order where other user is not able to print?

Hello Gurus,

One user is able to save all the Print lists of production order(operation, component,pick list) in PDF format. and other user is able to save only one list of the same order.

for first user the no of pages are 60, second user it is only 25 pages. when i checked in OPK8 all the configurations are maintained at order type and plant combination there is no user specific settings.

can any one please help me what need to be checked . they are using netweaver client. after pressing on printer symbol user typing PDF command and saving the order.
