BI4.2 SAML 2.0 Withe emailAdress and ping identity

Dear Community,

I need some help about implementing SAML authentication through Ping Identity for our platform 4.2 SP7 Patch7 (idp).

We follow Admin guide and documentation and it is working fine for SAML connection through user ID and ping Identity.

We are trying to connect users with email address without success.

We follow recommendations with apply part 9.2.4.2.1 of documentation, with implementing parameters in BiLaunchpad for example :

saml.enabled=true

sso.enabled=true

saml.isUseEmailAdress=true

saml.AuthType=secEnterprise

Tests are made with new users so for the moment by our side no need to implement SAP note 2642247.

However we apply this note without effect.

We must link ping identity email attribute and BI4 attribute name but we didn't know the BI4 saml attribute name.

On the documentation, the saml attribute name for email address is not provided; could you please help us and maybe guide us for the attribute name?

Is there any configuration to make on metadata file for mapping email adress ?
