Recommended approach to Access to SuccessFactors ODATA APIs from Postman

Hi Everyone,

I would like to know as an Integraiton developer whats the best approach to access SF ODATA APIs from external SOAP tool like postman?

Is it recommended to get a dedicated user created for Integration developer ?
Or Its better to use SFAPI Technical user in Postman too (with API Exception /IP Range /Superadmin roles) ?

Hello Pushkar,

You can leverage both Postman and SOAPUI for exploring ODATA APIs.If you have admin user created in SFSF you can use your own user or else you can leverage SFAPI user.Above approach is fine with Dev or test instance and not recommended in Production.
