S4CRM (aka Customer Management in S4HANA 1809 and 1909) Outlook Integration
We have many SMB clients who would like to use the embedded CRM capability in S4HANA (aka S4CRM aka Customer Management") but Outlook integration is a core requirement. So looking for options to synch the S4CRM appointments with the Outlook calendar.
We have found note *2693480 - Groupware integration and Desktop Connection not supported* so know that there is no standard integration, but have also seen SAP slides showing this as a roadmap item available via partner solutions.
Has anyone found a partner solution that could be used and is available today?
We did contact maihiroproducts.who were referenced in one of the SAP decks but they confirmed "We have the connection maiConnect with the Customer Management component on S/4HANA (S4CRM) on our roadmap. We are in the development phase and plan to have it finalized at the end of Q3/ beginning of Q4".
FYI: SAP does have APIs for this - we just want a Commercial Off the Shelf solution.
