Little icon in Manager I haven't seen before

Hi all,

In manager an icon has just appeared on my folders (see picture) and now my folders and test content are not showing up in Producer, when previously they were. I have been unsuccessful in finding out information on what the icon with the question mark means

Hi Nazlee,

This icon appears when you have an unknown reference in your Producer.

This happens when the parent folder knows that an object should be there or was there but cannot find it anymore. Maybe it wasn't synchronized, or it was deleted by someone or a technical error happened during synchronization.

You can right-click these objects and "Check on Server". Sometimes this helps and sometimes the Producer will tell you that everything is already synchronized correctly.

Please ask all your authors to synchronize to make sure the Manager is up to date. If the object is still in that state then it was probably deleted and you can delete it again manually.

You can also turn off to not view these unknown references anymore in View > Workarea Details > Show Unknown References.
