C4C How to incorporate contact allowed indicator in satisfaction survey conditions?

Hi,

I have set up a satisfaction survey process triggered by completed service tickets and it works fine.

The only thing I would still like to add in the workflow conditions, is the [contact allowed] indicator, from the individual customer master record. But this field cannot be selected.

Does anybody knows if there is a logical reason for that behavior?
