Emergency transports during upgrade freeze period?

Hi all,

Has anyone of you been in this situation?

We're currently in the 2005 upgrade freeze period, which means we cannot transport to production.

However we do urgently need a fix on production, in particular it concerns a filter that was set on a segmentation profile, that should be removed. So not a high-risk change.

Is there any possibility to get an emergency transport through SAP Support (or a change directly on production), or is it 100% impossible to do this?
