Removing Delivery block will always trigger ATP

Dear Expert,

I have set up a delivery block at schedule line level and in the customizing "Confirmation Block" is not ticked.

Now when I am removing the delivery block from sales order automatic ATP is getting triggered.

My expectation was that if i have not ticked confirmation block in my delivery block customizing, upon removing this delivery block ATP will not be triggered.

Is there something wrong or its the standard behavior.
