1.jpg2.jpgHello Everyone,

I am trying to increase the pricelist under ZA00 our company configuration condition type..... able to increase the list price under ZR00 by select all.

Under ZA00 i am not getting the screen to view the complete list of variants it carries, I have to go individually into each material which will consume lot of my time.

So, need your help to crackdown the quicker way to view complete list of materials, so i can make changes.

Hello spartan

Notice "Condition info" push button on both of your screen shots. It allows you to display all condition records of a condition type across all condition tables.

To be able to use this button you first need to enter values in all required fields on a selection screen e.g. in material field in your screen shot of ZA00. You can put any value there. Once you press "Condition info" push button you'll get another selection field with all field as optional. So you'll be able to restrict condition display as you see fit.

Best regards

I would highly recommend that you approach your local support team. There are a few options - the first one is to ask your consultants to change the configuration in a way that it will be easier for you to use maintain condition records (most probably the will not agree to do this, but it is still worth it to ask). The second option is to use LSMW with direct input (program RV14BTCI) and upload the condition records from file. Pricing condition records can be maintained via LSMW also via the IDOC method, but it requires more technical knowledge and authorizations. As a last resort - one could use batch input for entering conditions. Business users will probably find the templates for batch input easier to understand and fill compared to the ones used for RV14BTCI.

Most probably you won't be able to get authorization for LSMW, which means that the support team will perform the upload. In this case you will just need to fill in and send the information in the template.

In some companies they have custom programs for creating and maintaining condition records. Check the documentation provided to you by the implementation team and if needed - ask them for further assistance.

Another possible option is to use scripting for entering condition records, but for a really huge number of records this option is much slower compared to IDOC and direct input.

They Don't agree.. But they have provided me the program to make changes and upload it back in the system.

Thanks for writing out.

It is not clear what exactly you wanted to achieve from your screen shot. If you are trying to add new pricing condition records, it should be done via VK11 and not via VK12.
