EHSM Incident management comments functionality

Hi,

There is a requirement to be able to display and add comments to an incident during the caseworking. Meaning the involved persons should be able to display all comments made by different caseworkers in one screen, a log of what have happened. Or is there other functionality that may solve this issue?
