Create Items and Prices directly on CCO without CCO Manager integration?

Dears,

Is there a way to have CCO (POS) as a standalone without integrating with CCO Manager and any ERP system?

In other words, can we manage to create Master data such as items, prices, discounts on the CCO directly?

This is not possible and CCOm is mandatory to use due to licensing.
