CPD/CPM Project Space view page display issue

i am not able to see Commercial Overview , Documents , Financial plans , Issues and Changes, Procurement overview , Overview seen KPI Traffic light for status/trends Billing dates on Project Space view page.

can you please help me on where is the issue not to get these option on space view page.
