Full month LOP configuration including half day in it

Dear Experts,

I've situation here, my client does not have time management but they are using IT2001 for leaves also everything is fine with other leaves except LWP where standard config is working fine for full day LWP;s and full month LWP but it does not work for half day LWP so I changed INP1 as per the requirement which is working fine for full day LWP and half day also but when I am applying full month LWP it is not considering week offs and paying for it which needs to be changed, any help asap is really appreciated.
