SAP Conversation AI : Can we include Perform Actions & FAQ Skills in a Single ChatBot?

As of now we can create chatbot using two way

1 : Perform Actions

2. FAQ

I want to create single chatbot that can perform both the things. Chatbot can perform both conversation flow & customer support based on customer preference. How Can we achieve that ?
