Hi Team,

This might be silly question to ask but I'm New employee(no experience) they ask me to Setting POS in new computer and

I have no one to help me with this ...long story

my question is when I do Initial Configuration Setting Up

integrate SAP business one and SAP Customer Checkout manager

(for old system ID)

and click check connection and authentication I got error message

so how can I find the correct host IP in my client and the other things

what to do please.?

I am sure the Community will be able to help you.

Regarding integration of SAP Customer Checkout with SAP Business One you need to enter the host address of your Business One integration framework. The user to connect is the Runtime user (not the Admin user). I am saying that because often in B1if there is a "B1iadmin" Admin user and a "B1iadmin" Runtime user.

In my case I have everything installed on my laptop, hence the host is http://localhost.

There are a number of other things to consider, like your B1if needs to have a CustomerCheckout database and also active CCO packages from note 2163033.

It would be helpful if you provide the error message you get as well as an extract of the log file (C:\SapCustomerCheckout\log).

And please always make use of our extensive product documentation (C:\SapCustomerCheckout\doc\EN).
