Dear SAP community,
a few days ago I was able to activate the prediction services in SAP Sales cloud for the first time. Before that I had to make sure to meet the required data quantity and data quality. Now the the readiness-check was successfull and I was able to train a modell and look into the results of opportunity scoring.
But after this some additional questions came up and I´m not able to finde the relevant answers for myself. Is there any SAP Leonardo expert in this community where can give me answers for my questions.
Explame questions are:
- How is SAP Leonardo scoring a number on basis of allready filled standard fields?
- What is the impact of "predictive power" and "prediction confidence"?
- Why I am not able to get into the settings button? (I tried out with new, activated and deactivited models)
- What is the "feature contribution" exactly showing and why will it change if I create and train different models with the same data base?
and so on...
I would also really appreciate it, if a expert would look into our Sales Cloud tenant and explain the overall functionality and resulats. Would that be possible?
Until now I found several sources (blog articles and solution guide) but here are more or less high level informations and I really need a deeper understanding for this topic,
