Hi All,

i have a calculation view with data for 3 different languages (English, spanish, portuguese), when a user selects particular language from the front end our view has to display only those records in the report. for example : there are 30 records for 10 purchase id with three different language, it means one purchase id has 3 records with 3 different language. User select language as EN from front end, now my calculation view has to give output as only 10 records where the language is English.

How can we achieve this. Is there any option in CV where in i can achieve this. My calculation view is SQL script based.

Hi Pradeep,

With a SQLScript based calculation views I believe you'll have to use the chosen language as input parameter in order to filter the language set for the query.

If you were using graphical calculation view you could benefit from text joins depending on how the session is established between the client and the DB.

Thanks for you time and response Lucas. The issue has been resolved we did it using input parameter with if-else conditions.
