Activity Planner - task assigned automatically to nobody

Hello everyone,

I have a task assigned automatically through Activity Planner to ticket based on an automatic change of status. When I open the ticket. The task is added but with no processor or owner. In this way, nobody is notified and is aware of the added task.

Is it possible to assign automatically the task to the processor of the ticket? The same, if a manager approves a ticket, the task is assigned to him, not to the processor.

Is there a workaround or you have to force the processor to do a specific action which you would trigger the activity planner and assign him/her the task?
