Activation of S/4HANA CM for Utilities features

We have license of the Enterprise Edition of S4/HANA Utilities for Customer Management. Please let us the steps to activate the feature IU_CMS4_ENTERPRISE_EDITION. Is it a business function to be activated in SWF5 ?

I believe it is different depending on version of S/4HANA - e.g. 1809, 1909; I recommend sharing which version of S/4HANA you are using

no business functions (CRM-UT*) must be activated for CM and the role (except Utilities).

Hi Banibrata,

in both releases S/4HANA 1809 and 1909 you can use transaction CRM_ISU_FEATURE to activate the IU_CMS4_ENTERPRISE_EDITION using feature activation for the utilities industry. For more information about the activation, see chapter "Activation a function", SAP Note 2206334.

Many thanks for the information. Will the activation of this feature switch on all the required (for Utilities Customer Management) business functions (for example CRM_UT_ER_2) and SICF services automatically ? If not, where can I find the list of business functions and SICF services applicable for S/4HANA - CRM for Utilities ?
