SAP B1 Hana client disconnection



We are facing SAP B1 Hana disconnection on a daily basis. We have implemented the SAP B1 Hana in our customer.

SAP Business One version and patch - SAP 9.3 PL 11 and ICO 36

SAP HANA revision - SAP HANA Platform Edition 1.0 SPS 12 REV 122.22

We have checked with the Local Linux partner and they confirmed there is no issue with OS.

The port 30015 is getting blocked when service is stopped and after restarting of Hana Db service port will be opened again. We checked the firewall and network parameters also there are no issues in it.

Please provide a solution ASAP.
