FV50 "Table On" - "Table Off" cannot expand

We have a user in FV50 where their data entry screen was squished far to the left covering the tree.

I have tried moving it to no avail. The Table on - Table off does not move the data entry screen.

We have done the Edit>Screen Variants>Reset Screen Variant. It has not changed.

Can anyone help me with another solution?

The three dots do not change my cursor when I hover over them. Thanks for the try.

I have been able to replicate how the user messed up their screen. Can you please help try to find how to reset it.?

Go to FV50 and enter a document (does not matter the variant). Before Parking or Posting as complete, move the Data Entry Screen to the Far Left covering the tree.

Once you Park or Save as complete the screen is now locked and you cannot view the tree.

We have tried Tree on/Off. Removing all settings in SU3. Changing the Variant, Reset the Variant, Deleting the variants, etc.

We cannot figure out how to get the users screen back to normal where data entry is on far right and the user can view the tree.

Please help 😃

Martha

Hello Martha,

Maybe try to select one of the standard variants, and see what that does?

Edit > Screen Variant > Select Screen Variant > select one of the standard ones

This did not work.

Can you share a screen shot of the situation?

Cannot move the data entry (basic data) screen to the right to show the tree on the left.

Tree on/tree off does not work. Changing variant does not work.

It is stuck to the 1/4" that displays.
