Hi experts ,

I am configuring termination organiser for one of the client who have EC and ECP in scope. I have done all the required configs like maintaining relevant features and redundancy models etc.

My understanding is that all the Wage types like severance pay , payment in lieu , life benefits , ex gratia etc are generated in IT 15 on the basis of data in IT 8 and IT 41 .

My all other wage types are getting generated expect life benefits and ex gratia . Can you please advice if I am missing on anything. Does it require any additional data to be maintained or is there any separate configuration for that.

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks

Shiva

Hi Shiva

If you are still looking for an answer, let me help.

Please check if you have set the processing class 77 and evaluation class 12 to the right settings for the life benefit wage types. For e.g. Life Benefit ETP 31.5% WT would be given a PCL 77 value of L and evaluation class 12 would be tagged as TP. Maintain Evaluation class 11 as EL

All these payments should be created as additional payments (IT 0015) and hence they should have permissions given for this infotype.

Also you may want to double check your features 13TRM and 13ETP.

Hope this helps!

Hi Eeshwari

May I enquire, if I do not need termination organiser to calculate any termination payments as this is calculated by HR and sent to payroll as a one time input, will it be possible for the values to be integrated from EC to ECP (IT15) and then to be integrated to termination organiser (termination payments) components?

We dont need the added functionality of term org to calculate any term payout but will need it to process the gross inputs and split the payment to the different wage types based on the termination reasons.

Thanks!
