Basic Authentication using HTTPS sender adapter

Dear All,

We have a scenario with HTTPs sender adapter being used in SAP CPI. We have done quite a few scenarios with OAuth authentication by registering a Oauth client.

For Basic authentication I am interested to know where we can CREATE a user to whom we can only assign ESBMessaging.send role.

If we simply add a random user name(say APPL_NAME) in the Security -> Authorizations -> Assign -> User, does it create a user? Or does it have to be a s-user or a p-user?
