Privilege Assignment Issue

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to assign Direct privileges to users. But when we tried to assign the Privileges, only one role per system went for approvals to Supervisors. no grouping enabled and also if the supervisor approves any one role , the rest of the roles are getting approved automatically. The other roles are getting approved even for Declining also. I searched some of the threads and notes to my best, but found not relevant.

For ex: I have sent the approval request for Privileges

ECP: SE38

ECP: SE16

ECP:PFCG

SCP:SE16

only ECP:SE38 and SCP:SE16 are going for approvals. Regardless of the approver approve or decline, ones the action is done from supervisor, the ECP:SE16 and ECP:PFCG are automatically moving to OK status.

If any one faced the similar issue, could you please advise ?
