SAP MDG-C/S. Links in Home Page no more available after EHP8 installation

Hi Experts,

after upgrading to EHP8 in MDG C/S the Home Page link under Supplier Governance or Customer Governance simply lose all the links to the FPM Applications, stating "Links could not be displayed. This CHIP only works if the page is displayed in NWBC". Here the screen shot from Customer Governance with disappeared links

Here the correct situation

Fyi: the behaviour is the same both in Netweaver Business Client and in HTML NWBC. Any hints ?
