C4C How to attach checklist pdf when creating a Service Ticket Interaction?

Hi,

After a technician filled out a checklist in a service ticket, saved it and generated a pdf, I expect that this attachment can be selected when an interaction is created and the option attachment from ticket is selected. When selecting this option I only see attachments and interaction attachments.

Is there a way to attach directly the generated checklist pdf stored in the service ticket to an interaction?

As of my understanding , the check list is filled by a technician in this scenario and is designed for an interaction (say to do list) from Service Provider to the Service agent , so that the job is done correctly.
In this scenario, customer who has the problem is not included , in reference to the check list and it is not relevant for him. This is one possible reason for that not being available for adding in customer facing interactions
