Release Started Canceled releases can be repeated

Hello Expert,

I did a mass transport of roles on my DEV system and after which i used t-code SE09 to release the transport so that i can go to QAS system and import them, but when i do release it will throw this error message to me "Release Started Canceled releases can be repeated". i initiated a new TRS as well on getting to release it the same error occur. please does anyone knows the solution to this issue. thanks i will be glad to have an answer to it. Attach is the screen shoot of the error message.

Hi kannydan,

Please go to SM13 to check update records, share the error logs of failed update process.
