WDAC: HAP_START_PG_POW_MSS_AC Read only

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know if its possible to set wdac HAP_START_PG_POW_MSS_AC and

HAP_START_PG_POW_ESS_AC to read only, through customizing?

I would like to avoid using the authorization objects.. and if possible with no need to copy the WDAC to a custom, and using then the standard WDAC. So, i wonder if there's customizing, badi, etc that could be used to set these to read-only or display only of the documents (no edit, creation).
