Populate country information in employee support tickets

Dear Experts,

I want to populate the employee country in the tickets UI screen for the employee support tickets. This will help us route tickets to org structures belonging to different countries. We route tickets based on the location of the employee.

Can this be achieved in the by front end configuration in the instance. Please help

Hi Sonu Kumar,

There is no separate field as "Country" in the ticket overview, however country details are available in "Address" field. Please refer attached screen shot for more details.

I dont see this standard address field in the tickets overview screen. However, I can see it under the people work center for employees.

How do I bring this to the tickets overview page to populate automatically.

Hi,

You can go to adaptation and click add fields. Here you can look for "Address Snapshot" as the text for fiter in label column and pull the relevant party in overview UI:
