update custom fields in delivery using bapi that were added using in-app extensibility in s/4hana

Hi experts,

We have added some custom fields to Delivery using in-app extensibility for S/4HANA on-prem. Now we have to update these fields using custom report also. But if we use BAPI BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CHANGE(also this Bali is unreleased),we cannot do it as these are not in standard includes provided for BAPI and also we cannot add them because they will cause redunduncy.. Any suggestions on how to update this ?
