Provisioning CPI tenant takes too long (doesn't work)

Hello,

I'm trying to run an CPI tenant but the provisioning doesn't work. I've started the process two days ago and it still shows me:

In Progress

"Tenant provisioning is in progress and it can take 20 minutes. Please wait for the provisioning to complete before creating service broker instances."

Any help? I already tried to unsub PI and sub again.

Hello Rene,

There might be issue with SAP CPI data trial instance.You can give a try on periodic basis to provision the tenant without waiting long for it to finish.If nothing works out raise a ticket LOD-HCI-PI-OPS for support.
