How to access SAP certificate Credentials

Hi Everyone

I got my certification back in 2016 and I was able log onto SAP Credential Manager, however this no longer seems to work. I wanted to find out how I can access my certificate details. I've tried resetting my password via the SAP Training and Learning Hub websites but this does't seem to work. I received the following information when I first got certified:

C_TERP10_67 Application Associate - Business Foundation & Integration with SAP ERP 6.07

• Certified
• You are Certified since: 02/05/2016
• Status change Date: 02/12/2016
• Expiration Date:

I've registered for Acclaim but I still can't see my certificate on there
