Dynamically add item in radio button group in Lumira Designer

Hello All,

Need a quick help. How to add an item to Radio button group dynamically based on condition. If X is a global variable and the current state of radio button group is 5 items with values 1,2,3,4,5 . I f X="6" then add a new item to the radio button group with value 6 and an item name.
