unable to update my email id

hi all,

I am unable to update my email id.

[i clicked on the log at the right hand top corner -> Account Settings -> email id is greyed out]

email id seems to be greyed out with a lock symbol besides it, currently only mobile number seems to be editable.

Can anyone please help on this.

also i am not able to find Primary tag - so just chose something random, some one please help to update this.
