Connection AS2 Sap Ariba x IBM Sterling Integrator

Hi Guys,

I have a problem when trying to send a file to the partner who works with IBM Sterling Integrator, via AS2.

the file is not sent and presents this message: com.sap.it.rt.adapter.as2.api.exception.ChannelConfigException: Public key alias for encryption is evaluated to null.

Has anyone experienced this problem?

Hi Kandasami, Thanks for helping, I'll explain.

The Process is from CIG Ariba to IBM Sterling Integrator B2B via AS2.

When the test is performed it already gives this error,com.sap.it.rt.adapter.as2.api.exception.ChannelConfigException: Public key alias for encryption is evaluated to null.

You said it could be a certificate issue, in which case will I have to import Sterling's certificate into the CIG again?

In the Process where IBM Sterling Integrator sends the file to the CIG Ariba, the error is different, it gives a 404 error.

What information could I provide to make more sense?

can you please elaborate little more on the process scenario? Are you sending the file from SAP >> CIG >> Ariba Network?? please let us know the flow.

It looks like some issues with certificate or connectivity.
