Employee Central Time off

Hi Expert,

I have basic query on employee central time off where i have created time account type and it worked well for 2020 year .i.e. from Jan 2020 to Dec 2020, But when i try to run for the next year 2021 year, it is not working.

I am unable to run create an accrual for the year 2021, system keeps saying nothing has been selected.

is this a way? it works? how can i run it for future for the year 2021/
