Telephone verification code

When trying to have a trial account in https://cockpit.hanatrial.ondemand.com/cockpit#/home/trial,

it tells me that a phone verification code has been sent to my phone that I need to enter, but I didn't receive it. It tells me that I can request another code but still not received.

Please make sure that you have chosen right geographic region, provided correct phone no. with country code.
If the issue still persist, best way is to go to your home page and on right side under your user id there is option for "contact support"
